Grr...gash on baby chick.. (pic included)

This little owie is my fault. I was trying to get the roosters out of the coop so I could grab the babies for a pic, and one got stepped on

Do I need to do anything with it? Will the others peck at it possibly?? Thank you!!

Put some Neosporin (without painkillers) on it and keep an eye on her/him. If the others do pick on her/him just isolate her/him and wait till it's healed up. I think it'll be all fine.
