Hmmm, mentally ill because you are making the most of what you have and enjoying the heck out of it at the same time? Not to mention getting to eat all that good, healthy food you produce, getting plenty of fresh air and exercise? It's certainly not you who has the mental illness!! I have dumped "friends" on FB for just having too much drama in their lives and posting it all the time. I am on there to stay in touch with Life Long School friends, and Family and some great friends from BYC.

Maybe it's the fact that you do that much work (all the cleaning, stacking, building, etc) for your birds while others are too lazy to do that in their own homes (notices pile of laundry on the recliner as we speak) that they figure you must be nuts to purposely make additional work for yourself?? Especially when they can hop in their gas guzzling SUV and drive the two blocks to the supermarket and buy hormone, chemical, color, preservative (always makes me think of formaldehyde) laden food 'just like yours' in just a couple minutes and for cheap.

One more reason I answer my phone "House of Insanity, Chief Loon Speaking"

And of course, I tend to tell any who'll listen that it's the ones who DON'T think they're even a little crazy that you have to watch out for.

And if that fails I'll say "I may be certifiable, but I'm not yet certified."

Yea people call me crazy to.well be laughing if a food shortage happens and we get to eat. Are neighbors will kiss are butts then.
