Unroll it in the yard, flipp it upside down, have the kids sit on it, and bend the stubborn ends back until its at least semi-flat
Then when we actually put it up on the coop, we used a staple gun and kept it stretched tight, stapling it down about everyyyyy....2 inches maybe? It's very aggrivating stuff if you ask me.
We only needed two people to do the job - me and my dad - but the more, the merrier
