grrrrr weasel??? you're too cruel

It sounds more like you have some sort of civit. Can you find and post a picture of this animal for us? If we can identify it, we can help you find a plan to catch it.

Also, do you have access to any junk yards or people who throw away wooden pallets or crates? You could get some wood for free. You must get your coop fixed or move the chickens to someplace more secure, or this predator will come back every night till your whole flock is gone.

Try to predator proof your coop and run as completely as possible. I see that you are using what we call "chicken wire" on your run. Unfortunately, almost any reasonably strong preadator can tear through that kind of wire. However, I understand that you probably used the best material you had. If there are holes in the wire try filling them by weaving in some lengths of wire ( any kind you can find). You may want to add scrap boards or scrap sheet metal around the bottom of all sides of the coop and run fence to make it harder for anything to tear your wire. Consider placing something ( scrap metal, heavy rocks, etc. ) on the ground around the fence to prevent anything from digging in. Add another latch to the bottom of your door to close that gap.
After you predator proof then focus on killing or trapping the predator. I'll post again if I think of anything else. Could you post more pictures (from all sides) of your coop and run?

http://www.blueplanetbiomes.org/common_palm_civet.htm If this is the musang, he's cat sized.
Putting the entire coop up on posts may be a cheap security measure, too. Build it like an Alaska style fur cache, with the edges overhanging the posts by about 2 feet. This keeps a predator that climbs the posts from getting over the sides. You will need to sheet the posts in sheet metal, maybe coffee cans? or use metal posts. the animal is a very good climber. From what I could find, your musang is the size of a house cat. weasels are more the size of a red squirrel, or a small rat. If you can afford a connibear trap, use a 220 inside a bucket, with the bait behind it. Nail it to a post near the coop, where the musang has to climb into it. A cheap alternative, that is very easy to build, is a wire snare. Put your bait up high, where the musang must climb up to it, and give him a ramp to climp up. Put the snare on the ramp, with bait on a platform, but don't set the snare at first. This is a link to a site for squirrel snaring poles; that is what I had in mind, only larger to catch a cat sized animal instead of a rat sized one. http://www.m4040.com/Survival/Skills/Hunting%20and%20Snaring/Snares/Squirrel%20Snare.htm
Good luck to you!

@ nzpouter : and what media should i put the glue? it's not possible to glue a big and strong musang like that. thank you so much for the information.

@ arherp : yes, i've seen PaulaJoAnne link and i think it's more looks like that since it was big not a small one like i found on net. i'm sorry but i can't i'm only using a nokia 6600 that always "hang" (broken) so it's hard to do it since we need a speed to take his photo. he is not a good artist/star movie, but yes he's a good escape artist.
no, trust me, you'll never ever easily find box crate /wooden pallet in this country, this country is really poor, all the leftover/whatever people put in front of their house at night will lost by the morning.

you've to try it here, especially not in city. people are even too stingy to only share wooden crates they don't need anymore, but that's also depending to the behavior but the most are like that. yes, i did fixed the coop this morning (well, now is 12:00 PM). thank you so much.

@ peepdaddy : i've uploaded it somewhere long ago, but i don't have the link anymore, but i did take photograph about 1 hour ago, i'll post it below. thank you for the information and suggestion.

@ PaulaJoAnne : thank you paulajoanne, i think i'll use rat trap that use spring , when rat touch the bait the spring pulled back and the rat hit by the steel (sorry hard to explain it in english). that's really brave animal, how dare he come back just after i buried my chicken.

. i've read your link and save it for further reference.

@patman75 : good, i've bookmarked page i found to use it later. i'm not very happy since i've secured the coop.

just come home from college, i absence my chicken, well, of course they can't speak any word of "present" but i did count and check them all. i've 4 arabic breed as "guard door" i think they're afraid of top hen and the roo (attacked by musang yesterday). i've hard morning, just sleep 2 hours, the rest i used to paint the rusting wire and fix all the side with anything available in my house. really lack of protection and material.

1. attacked roo

2. left wing, i fixed it using *seng* (dunno the english) = "zinc" but that's not true word

image119p.jpg

3. the 4 remaining beloved arabic breed chicken
image116w.jpg

4. from behind (also fixed using *seng*)
image120o.jpg

5. closed for protection, not the remaining space still be able to be intruded by musang, i block it using piece of broken ceramic (not seen here)
image121p.jpg

6. the roo was too tired and i do think he's sick from being attacked yesterday. i also won't feel good today if i got my head bleeding yesterday. don't worry, the stupid 4 arabic chicken will guard you. they're too dumb, i'm the one that protect them all.

and with the coop fixed and main door closed and *guarded* by that 4 chickens i'm feeling good, i can continue to do my task on ease.

i'm afraid if i'm lossing my guard (let my guard down) there'll be victim.

i really appreciated all of your suggestion and information, thank you so much, that helped a lot although we have language problem sometimes.

I can see from the space in the door that the weasle could get in there they can get through a hole that is about 5/8" if I did my math right 15.875MM. Pretty small. So any hole like the one in your door can allow a nasty critter like that

yes, you did good sight, but (i'm sorry not to include it) some months ago i've fixed it by blocking that space using a long wood. thank you for the precise look and calculation, i must confess my coop still have so many security hole, that's just because lack of material, skill and tools when building it.

Thick plastic/ paper, the glue is not to hold him, just to slow it down so you can catch it.

Just repair your coop a little at a time with whatever you can find. Probably seems like a lot, but, if you keep at it, you'll have it predator proof in no time. We all speak the same language "chicken". Good luck, let us know if we can help...Roy

Mulia24. Welcome to backyard chicken.com.

Definitely try to build the snares that you have seen posted. You might try putting out corn poisoned with antifreeze. Have to be sure that dogs and chickens cannot get it though. Another way to get smaller preds is to use a bucket to drown them, putting bait to tempt them to reach and instead they drown. For something that big, you would need a barrel about 1/2 full of water. Put a pipe across it and suspend bait (dead chicken) on a wire down below the board so that they have to reach down to get it and they fall in. have to make the pipe so that it cannot roll off of top of barrel. Have to make ramp to top of barrel so predator can find bait. Smaller version of this uses a 5 gallon bucket and will catch and drown a mouse or rat.

We are all hoping that you will be successful in defending your flock. Many of us are familiar with losses to predators.
