Why do you have a "no refund" policy? Are the decals made to order perhaps? I am trying to understand why you wouldn't have a return / refund policy for your customers.
I think the way these customers handled it stinks... demanding that you ship them something without payment is crazy.

I don't have a refund policy because many are custom orders and once they are applied.... well they don't come off in one piece... hehe. If I made a mistake, then it is my fault and I will either refund or send another... depending what the customer wants. But I don't give refunds just because someone orders something and they made the mistake or just decides they just don't want it. If the decals sits for too long or through heat and cold, the glue becomes less adhesive.. and I can not or would not try and resale it.

I'm sorry you had a rude customer... I've had my share of them and it's frustrating... so I totally understand and feel your pain! Just remember that most of your customers are happy and nice to deal with.

Some people don't want to take responsibility for their actions. It is not your fault. Btw I just looked at you decals website and it is very organized IMO. I may be ordering some of them from you soon.

You are right.

When I place orders I always check over what I ordered before pressing confirm. Sounds like the person was careless, and you should not have to pay for that. If they had admitted the mistake I am sure you would have worked with them,but sounds like someone had an attitude.
