Guesses on breed?

Okay I know the mom is a Mallard the only other ducks on their property are runners but they thought they were all females. The mama mallard leaves during the winter and often during the day throughout the summer. There were about a dozen but the emus ate them. They had solid black, mallard patterned in blue, brown, buff, and grey.

If the mama leaves often, it looks like she probably found a drake somewhere who has the blue gene, unless one of the Runners is a drake and has it. There are a lot of breeds and crossbreeds who would have that so it's hard to take a guess. When they're grown you might be able to get some clues by stance, type, and size, but still can't say for sure. They are very adorable .
