Guidance with impacted/sour crop

6 days ago we noticed our speckled Sussex who is quite small, age is unknown as we inherited this flock. She was very lethargic, I picked her up and yellow clear fluid poured from her mouth and her crop was very full……sour crop, the book I work from normally said epsom salt flush. 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon water….flushed out the fluids, also did coconut oil and massages the crop as it felt impacted. Took her off food for 24 hours and she only had access to water with ACV and electrolytes and vitamins, next morning she seemed like a normal chicken again…so I gave her access to a small amount of her normal crumble…..all feeders were sterilized and she’s isolated with some beeding in our garage….now the last 36-48 hours she’s lethargic again, crop is emptying very slowly…she didn’t fully clear her crop overnight…remassaged with coconut oil this morning….it is clearing but slowly. Now she is extremely weak, sleeping during the day with her head tucked on her wing. I’m worried she’s very malnurishered as she is the smallest bird in the flock, and may have lost weight over the winter. Vet bill at the moment isn’t really possible. Should I continue to treat…..should I give her an anti fungal, is she suffering? How do you improved nutrition while still treating her crop….I did order a crop bra in case she has a pendulous crop. Once they start wearing the bra do they have to wear it forever. Also just to add as much info as I can it feels like there is a lot of grit in her crop.
 
Thanks. This is my first time dealing with sour crop, her crop isn’t rock hard or filled with liquid, kind of feels like dough….since symptoms showed up she mostly stands with her tail feathers down, and kind of puffed up, she is struggling at times to keep balance, now…she currently has access to fresh water and nothing else
