Frosterley, I wish we had monkeys here in the U.S. Except for deer and bears, our indigenous wildlife here in the Southern U.S. is pretty boring. And actually, deer are boring, but pretty and graceful. Thanks for a great image of monkeys raiding your bantam's nest - but I hope the eggs are okay

I see the monkeys as a form of population control.. They take an egg or two.. But now the coop and pen are covered on top.. So all they do is eat the veg and fruit..now.. I think the bantam eggs are non viable but I will check in few days.. Deer and bears...mmmm I might prefer them as they don't have apposible thumbs like monkeys..lol

We respect the bear - opposable thumbs or not . If a bear wants our eggs, we give them to him!

Hi all, 20 eggs have little embryos.. And veins .....4 I am not sure of.. And ten have nothing going on.. Happy dance... Can't wait for week 2..
