Guinea fowl not able to fly

So my guinea has been having trouble flying, usually at night they go into a tree above the coop but lately she has been sleeping in the pen with my chickens, also they like going into my neighbors’s garden (my neighbor loves them) but she hasn’t been able to get over the fence. I did throw her and one of my others guineas up to try and see the problem and I noticed there was like no lift when she flapped. And I felt around her wing and didn’t notice anything. I did notice a bump on her neck around the same time I noticed she was having trouble flying it has gotten a little bigger the past couple of days and my mom thinks it’s a tumor

Maybe. but it’s just her my other three guineas have been fine.
