Guinea Keet swollen under beak - what is it?

Hello! I am new to raising keets and wondering if anyone can tell me what this growth is. It’s only on one side of one keet, under the beak and under the eye is a little bald patch/inflammation. The keet is 2 weeks old.

What is your general location? Are mosquitoes out now? Fowl pox virus can cause swollen lesions on young birds. Pox lasts about a month, and causes multiple scabs and lesions. It could possibly be an abscess or tumor as well.

I am in Texas, but they are only 2 weeks old so they are inside in a brooder that is kept clean and dry, with a heat lamp on one side. Do you suggest I try anything to treat it, or just keep an eye on it for now?
 
Watch for any other lumps on keets, since multiple areas would be more consistent with fowl pox. The dry form of pox is usually easier on most poultry, but the wet form where yellow lesions are found inside the beak and throat, can be more lethal. Here is a picture of a pullet with fowl pox:
