Posted this in another thread but didn’t get much info. I’ve cut the nail a little but don’t know what else to do. Please help.
 
I would guess that the toe is infected, broken, or has gout. In my experience, guinea fowl have rather delicate toes. Do you know if it happened suddenly (like almost overnight)? That would probably indicate injury rather than infection or gout... Did you try posting on the diseases forum?

I did but was just told to separate and let it rest. It seems to have slept on that toenail bent back repeatedly leading it to bend all the way backwards. The toe is either big from infection or inflammation. What can I give it for the pain?
