Gun Laws in YOUR State

Is it new york city where you are not allowed to own a gun? (isn't that unconstitutional?)

Here in NY (at least in the local counties) you have to be 21 to buy a handgun. I like the long gun rule though.

Anti gun legislation is strange in and of itself, only law abiding citizens abide by the law anyhow.

I have mixed feelings on that. The Fourteenth Amendment was never ratified Constitutionally, so I regard it as null and void, but without it, the Bill of Rights only applies at a national level. I would support an amendment that extended the Bill of Rights to restrict state and local governments as well, but the 14th has been abused to an insane degree.
