Gurgling hen - please help!

When I went to let her out this morning she was breathing fine! But she went straight for the water and then the gurgling sound came back....?

She still hasn't eaten anything although she did attempt to eat some grass this morning.

She's still getting the Baytril in her water but am going to try it in some paste and syringe it into her beak. Don't have any corn syrup as suggested but perhaps natural yoghurt will do?

She's eating again!!

Tried to tempt her with some porridge and she loved it! The gurgling noise has gone for the moment too but will keep an eye on her. She even walked over when i went to the feed bins, which is a great improvement from yesterday.

Before you mix the paste, I got the mixture wrong. I gave you the ratio for Baytril 68. Here is the ratio for Baytril 10: 0.4cc of Baytril to 7.5cc of corn syrup. I wouldn't use yogurt. Yogurt has live microorganisms in it and I'm not sure what that would do to the Baytril. Glad to hear she's acting better! Keep treating her though for the full treatment.
