Gut Busters for the Week of 2/1

aahhhh. stupid puter. just wrote everything out then got booted.

brkfst: 2 eggs, english muffin, cheese, mocha
snack: 1/2 apple

75 minute workout!

lunch: carrots and hummus, 1 piece ham, mocha

dinner: things fall apart a bit. pasta with marinara, parm cheese, lots of spinach, 2 cheese sausages which should have only been one. couldn't resist. didn't know they were cheese when i bought them - yummy surprise. my portion control dial needs to be reset.

One of those days BLEAH!!!!! Mouth sores from the chemo.


Lunch----started with Subway but couldn't chew the bread or veggies with out killing myself with the sores, ended up with cherrios

Dinner---Baked potatoe (ok so it had loads of butter) the most tender steak I've had in months! Could cut it with a butter knife!!
