I pledge to make this week much better than last. I start out great but then flat on my arse by Thursday I'm am going to try portion control buy packing all my meals for the day in my bento boxes. Otherwise, I need up grazing through the fridge and finding more of what is convienent than what is good for me Working on a recipe for Onigri (sp?) rice ball or in my case barley balls. Today---got up really really late. 2:30ish--was a bad night. Had a poached chicken breast (which I shared with the cats and dog) Munched on barley as I made up some onigri. I soy sauce egg.
