This is silly: if you set a trap, you're eventually going to get something. Since you don't know what you're trapping, you can expect anything. If you don't want to get bitten or sprayed by whatever's in it, releasing it alive is out of the question.
Idiot Husband, just out of curiosity, why did you set that trap? What were you going to trap? What were your plans for whatever you were going to trap? And how did you decide to get it out? No flames here, believe me, you can even PM me if you don't want to post anymore.
