At what age do Roos develop their hackle and saddle feathers? The reason I ask is I have two white rocks that I got from TSC. One is for sure a pullet but I've gone back and forth with the other one. It has a much larger comb and wattles than the pullet but it doesn't have any hackle or saddle feather and they're both the same size. They're approximately 4 months old.

They usually come in anywhere from 12 to 16 weeks... some can be quicker, some a little later... try parting the feathers by the base of the tail, if they've just started you might see them coming in...
