had a problem with dogs OWNERS SURPRISED ME

:last month I posted about my neighbors dogs killing some of my babies
they attacked twice once last summer.
they came and said sorry and .......
BUT last night they came over money in hand
and even bought a 10x10 dog kennel with running chains for their two dogs
AND a nice note thanking me for not involving the law or destroying their pets. (state of Pa. you can destroy a dog caught in the act of attacking livestock)
their father even offered to drive at their expense to pickup the new chicks I had to order.
I guess mistakes do happen BUT IT'S SO NICE TO HAVE NEIGHBORS TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE!
