I had pheasants last year, and they layed eggs everywhere they could sometimes twice a day. I thought I had collected all of them, but didn't. When I found them they looked ok, but when I picked them up, POW, then the smell.

OH ARG!

I did some candling yesterday and discovered an egg that looked like it was cracking......Thank goodness I threw that out.......I'm sure it would have blown soon.
