I had to paint an egg white!
Do you know how hard it is to paint an egg.

LOL just get white layers! or buy white eggs

I am trying to work with an aged hen's eggs and they are fragile . And Buddy is still asleep .

The rules state no cutting - but wanted to make sure accidental thumb breaks are ok?. Not what the cat planned but can rescue the first entry if thumb breaking is ok.

We have 8 (used to be 9) leghorn cross hens from a neighbor. At least 4-5 of them lay white eggs. One lays pinkish eggs, another lays light tan, but the prize of the bunch is the Leghorn/EE cross. We get nice mint green eggs from her. I hatched at least 1, maybe two, pullets from her, hoping they lays tinted eggs too.
