I dont know what is going on but i would like to get some feed back from the community.

Whats going on
late last week one of my hens got a sour crop and i quickly fixed it (thank the heaven for 2ml of wine XD) and want on with my life. Monday, a diffrent hen over night like she got a Respiratory infection (she does not have an symtons but a congested) but again she had sour crop. I treated her like my other hen and added apple cider vingur to the water. i just finally taken care of sour crop and her chest is way better. (a few more days of meds) Again a diffrent hen has gotten a sour crop today. I noticed yesterday when i picked her up that she had threw up a little onto the ground but i waited until morning to bring her inside so i could get things ready.

Background
  • IT was raining for weeks before this point and last week was the first time that they had been out of thier run into a fenced in grassy area.
  • Besides for a small patch of grass. all the grass is well kept
  • The 3 active water bowl that have been in use got cleaned with bleach that monday.
  • The coop had been cleaned that Monday of last week (25th) with bleach.
  • water had gotten into the food dish and was cleaned with soap at the same timeframe as the cleaning
  • They all had just been rewormed that took place on 27th
  • the hens are two bantams and a standered

Theory
  1. the three hens that have gotten sour crop love drinking out of darn puddles. i mean i can put a fresh bowl of water down in front of them will turn around drink the droplets off my shoe. so they could have drank something after the rain.
  2. I have a leak in my chickens run (there a bucket but the rooster sometimes knocks it over) and it gets on the wood chips. this could have molded
  3. water gotten in the treat box and the three hens got something not good.

Im Not sure but i would like some thoughts and if anyone has any ideas on what could treat them. sorry if anything spelled wrong. i have a sleeping chicken on my lap and typing this one handed

Everyone has gotten better and are back to eating worms and digging hole everywhere.
Sour crop does not usually resolve on it's own overnight.

Check everyone's crop first thing in the morning before they have anything to eat/drink, the crop should be empty.

If you can get some stool samples together for testing of worms that would be a very good idea.

ill try to reply to everyone in this post haha.

@crazy4ChickensNducks
its ok but i am happy that you took the time ^^

@micstrachan
Really poultry grade acidified copper sulfate? ill have to look that up but do you know the reason why it works?

@Wyorp Rock
thats my thoughts too but kept them without food for two day with 2cc of wine (dry) every morning and night and by the third day it was gone (empty crop and didnt smell)
I did check everyone every morning, and when its not like these two weeks. i normal check the flock twist a week. (i have a small flock so i try to keep good flock Maintenence)
stool samples, I dont know if i can at the moment becuase my vet charges so much to do stuff like that. I did worm my chickens reworm 27th
