Me too! I was so nervous about the annoying little turning rid tipping it over. I secured it by putting other eggs around it.
 
I've had a few chicks stick to the side of their eggshell for some reason. They were being turned, & still stuck. Two died, one is doing good, & working towards it's aircell.
The eggs needs to be turned into several different positions a day. Around day 14 I stop turning and never had an issue. It’s day 12 for ET so I think @MGG is in the clear. The embryo is moving enough that it doesn’t need help.

I never had this problem until this year.
I stop turning on day 18, & earliest day 16.
They stuck at around day 14, & 18, not sure why.

Check with the breeding stock because after 14 days they should not be getting stuck. The embryo is fully capable of moving at day 14 not allowing it to stick to the membrane.
