We have pips in the PC and 1 of the 2 blrws! The PC pipped the pointy end though, there's a bit of blood. Hopefully she'll make it out on her own, but I can assist tomorrow if needed.

They sometimes nick a vein when pipping.

Just as long as the blood isnt pouring out, it probably just pipped through a small vein. No biggie it will be fine.

That's what I figured. It's pretty active. Maybe one will hatch later today.
Also, any name ideas for my little girl? I thought since she's ET's sister she could be Ellie (like Elliot), but I'm not sure. Here's a pic of her for "inspiration". Lol

Second blrw and Partridge cochin hatched all by themselves! I watched the blrw hatch around 1 a.m. and the pc hatched between then and 7. Both look really good! The PC is very interesting looking. Pics coming shortly. I had 3 blrw eggs, #1 (Ellie) hatched several days ago because I set her on the 9th. I set 2 blrws and the pc on the 13th. The PC and 1 BLRW hatched. The other never internally or externally pipped. I made a small hole last night to see what the deal was, still lots of veins so there was nothing I could do. It died over night. I have no idea why.
