I am creating it this evening. I need volunteers for some little touches. Hubby is in the War Room right now.

In an hour or less the page will start. One of the messages will be a request for help on judging contest entries etc. I have a PM thread already started for planning. I will invite members to said thread whom wish to help. Remember, participants in organization can't qualify for prizes in the to be announced contests.
