I don't know about you...but I was hungry when we first put the fish in the water to soak...let alone soaking in lye AND THEN soaking it again in water?
I wouldn't make it past day 1 without a fish disappearance and tartar sauce on my shirt.

I think I now have turkey addiction and I just got info on quail eggs locally...... ummmm I guess I am glad the chicken coop is so nice, cuz I may be living there soon lol
