Black eye liner pen....so that's the secret I have seen those faces the day after Halloween who used colored Sharpies

Yeah, pretty sure child grabbing is considered against the law. Not to mention some parent would probably charge me with assault for painting their offspring's face. (I'm not that good of a painter, lol.)
