The one OE pullet that I hatched from your eggs earlier this year (the rest got snatched by a skunk earlier this year
) laid me some beautimous colored olive eggs in the last 3 days
She finally decided it was time... and promptly picked a corner in the goat shed
I went in to feed the goats Monday afternoon, and there was the purtiest green egg I've ever seen!!!
Today, I even caught her in the act, and got to watch her grumble and push
Here is her 3rd egg, next to a 1yo hens large brown egg.
I can only hope my home brewed OE pullets lay as green an egg as this girl.
