hamburg chicken 3 weeks lump near nose

Just want some advice, have a three week old hamburg chick she came with a small lump near her nose which is getting bigger. Today there is blood coming out of her mouth and she is sttuggling to breathe. She also has very watery eyes. . Should I take her bavk to breeder or can I fix her myself?

Definatly take her back to the breeder to het some advice!
