That's what I was thinking. How tiny are Hamburg bantams? The LF are so dinky compared to my Wyandottes (and yet lay more eggs, of not much smaller size) that I can't get my mind around how very small indeed the banties must be.

All of them are bantams. I only have one now, Gretl which my daughter LOVES her. Gretl is the friendliest SSHB I've ever had. She is the oldest and longest resident here and she will live her days out with my Welsummer girls. She is about five years old now.

My goodness, that is... bigger than a Serama, but still teeny, is what it is.
 
Yes they are bigger than Seramas. Gretl was the smallest of all the bantams I had. Heidi, the older heavier SSHB, never laid an egg for me, probably weight about7 lbs at the most, like a BIG tomato.
