A little something I made this morning. God I hate working with wire in this way, my fingers are so sore now from bending and weaving it.
The nest is made of a stiff wire, weaved by me into the shape of a nest.
The feathers are from my Silkie Chickens. They are molting right now so I just picked a few up and weaved them into the nest then secured with a dab of hot glue.
The egg is a Cats eye gem, secured in with hot glue.
The necklace is a matching color of blue, and is adjustable.
Very cute item, took me 2 hours approx. to make this pendant. Its perfect for those who love blue eggs or just love eggs and nests in particular. I'm a huge fan of Ameraucanas and that's where I got my inspiration (I own a few too lol)
