HANDICAP COOP

Handicaped in what way...able to use arms? Legs? Neither? Does he have a favorite breed, size or useage? (eggs, shows, meat, pets?) A coop meeting his specific needs can easily be designed but specifics are needed to get it all right.

If he is in a wheel chair a raised coop with a accsess door at chair height would be great. Maybe with a conrete path around so he can always have easy acsess to the coop without getting mud allover the wheels. Reach is inportant too. So you dont want a huge coop. Or as an alternative you might want a coop that is so big that he can roll in with a chair. With would prob mean a 8x10 plus in size.

X2 and maybe put the nest box in the front of the coop to one side low enough to access it from a wheelchair. Make sure the nesbox is accessible from the outside of the coop with a lifting lid or maybe the back of the nestbox could drop down.
