I am lucky to have an avian specialist (its all she does) and wondered about spaying an internal laying hen. I don't have one with the problem just curious if it can be done and if it is cost prohibitive. I spent $800 for a hen with a crop, then gizzard impaction from eating hay. Ouch. I hope you let us know how it all goes! Good thoughts for your hen!
