Hands on hatching and help

Still haven't counted, but here's a terrible picture to squint at!

Ok, so yesterday morning after I was up and awake I took a look at the eggs and found that two were already starting to draw down. (Day 17) I was keeping an eye on them because, one, I can't help myself, but also I was trying to figure out whether to lockdown before I went to bed or this morning since officially day 18 starte 10 pm last night. So, I started thinking I should lockdown before bed, but I would candle the two before and see where we were. Well around 8, I was checking temps and humidity and saw this:

One had already externally pipped. 2 hours away from day 18.

Now, I usually have early hatches day 19/20. Last hatch I even had a pipper late day 18 but no hatching until day 19. (I let the bator run a tad warm, but it hasn't ran any warmer that normal.) Granted these are much smaller and these two particularly are smaller ones of the group, but we are wondering if one of the hens hadn't been on them long enough to jump start the incubation before they were collected and sent. (Kinda hoping that's the case.) All the rest look like you'd expect for day 18. A couple are showing signs of draw down, but nothing major yet.

Last night the other one had internally pipped so I figured sometime this afternoon we'd see a pip from that one.

Well I woke up this morning checked the eggs and the second one already pipped. It's barely noticeable, but it's there, a little pushed out bump in the shell. And the other one had been making it's hole bigger almost like it wanted to go up the egg instead of around.

The second pipper is diagonally, the one with the little x. It actually pipped on the line above the x.

I'm not expecting any hatching until tonight, which I'm more comfortable with since it will put us closer to day 19. This little gal/guy is quiet. I did get him to peep back at the recorded chicks once, but other than that, he's just hanging out in there chilling. No peeping, just breathing.

Very exciting!! I can't believe the hatch has started! I have 2 live call eggs on day 24. 1 is drawing down nicely and pushing against the membrane. The other is just starting to draw down. Both funky looking veins. :fl for us both! Can you tell if the one with the Hollis black?

Well his beak and skin are pitch black. I mean midnight black, but I think I can see a little white down around the bottom of the pip. Not 100%sure. I can see the other one' beak and it looks white....lol
