And that's day 16, right? Any movement at all?

Sorry to say, but that one won't hatch... didn't develop properly...

Do the veins go all the way down to the small pointy end on the other 2?

Sorry, sounds like its gone then... I'd hand turn the others though... Calls DO NOT do well in turners end up... even if you can only turn them 3x a day, that's fine...

I tried many different ways of incubating Calls last winter and had consistent large numbers of losses late when using a regular egg turner... like 4 to 6 out of 2 dozen viable eggs... hand turning, I got 24 out of 26...

Mine is similar. Looks like a little body on this side and clear on the other side.
I'm sure it should of developed a lot more by now.

X2 @ Tashaf you have to stop turning the ones that are time ready so that means all the eggs . I would run lower on the humidity though. Don't go cranking it up to 70%  If all the eggs are past day fourteen and have well developed air cells  it really shouldn't hurt them and if not hand turn the ones that need turning. Use Rubys picture as a reference as to air cell size and shape at  lock down . Depending on you Incubator  LGs and FIs and Hovabators have turners you can take out some of the rails. It's a pain but it can be done . If your going to continue to do split hatches better get a second incubator.

You know I find this true with my chicken eggs too. My auto-turner (cradle) is packed up and away in the closet. I've compared hatches, hand turning vs auto turner and my hatch rates were significantly higher with hand turning. I always hand turn each batch...luckily I'm home so I can though.

I only use my auto turner in my small brinsea with normal 5/7 avg results but usually I have way more eggs and have better luck hand turning I have to open the bator more but it doesn't seem to result in later hatches etc...
