Hands on hatching and help

My first hatch I had a soul survivor and he was loud! If he wasn't out with us he was not happy. Lol It was a September hatch so no one had chicks at that time. He became a very spoiled kid...lol

Thank you for that...we just had a visit!!
I had one incubator go down during this, and I'm sure it contributed to the lack of success!

I see some cuties have come into the world. Pics make me happy. I'm hoping to share some of my own.
I tried the wax repair. Keeping my fingers crossed that it will do the job. If not I'll try putting some tape on it. The crack traveled some since last night, which has me more worried.

Ummm...I know I sound crazy...but there's a beak protruding from one of the eggs I thought was dead. It cheeped at me. But...it's below the air cell.. I know he can breathe...

The air cell is huge, just huge. I had one of my little Brinsea's go way hot two days ago, transferred the eggs to the good one, but I'm afraid it affected the humidity somehow.

So I just leave him for now?

I put the egg to my ear and he's moving in there. I'm afraid of that membrane. Help?

OMG I need a like button!  :)

When I think Adirondacks, I think Lake Placid...lol They Range more south than I realized.

At hatch the air cell draws way down. Often past the center of the egg. That's great. He's showing you he isn't done yet..lol Keep the humidity up and we'll cross our fingers that he makes it.

Thanks!! He's in there peeping and peeping...not trying to do any more than that,. Humidity is way up.

I live two towns towards you from Lake Placid!! :)

He's been in the same position since 6AM. I popped the shell back a bit, and he did the membrane, which is drying out even with lots of humidity. This egg had a saddle air cell and he pipped through both the shell and the membrane at the same time outside the bubble. Should I leave him? Yesterday the same thing happened and the chick turned all the way around and drowned at the bottom (or got stuck?)

He might be a bit quieter than before--he'd been answering his loner sibling!
Thoughts?

I don't know what I'd do without you...
