I would call them for sure. They can email you the preliminary report, which is supposed to be done the day they receive the animal.

I'm definitely going to give them a call then. Hopefully they got everything ok.

Help! I have an egg that pipped and started to zip but stopped. I can see it's mouth open for a deep breath then I see the tongue flitter 3 or 4 times then another deep breath. Is it having a problem?? Do i need to help??

Just let it be.... it will work its way out. They've been doing this for millions of years.
