Thank you for the reply! I wasn't able to get any corid yesterday but found some this morning and my husband is picking it up now. All the other chicks seem fine but I plan to treat them too just in case. This particular chick always seemed a bit stunted. He is at least 14 weeks old but 1/4 the size of my other chickens and looks more like about 8 weeks old.

Good news is the diarrhea has cleared up. He had a hard landing coming out of the coop Monday morning and I suspect that's the reason for the wry neck.

Thanks for all the advice. After a day and a half of attempting to help the little guy, I made the tough decision to put him down. It was sad, but I couldn't get him to open his beak for the corid, vitamins, water, or anything, so it was only a matter of time. I didn't want him to suffer unnecessarily.
