Welcome!

Two years later - but I'm so glad he recovered! We are currently nursing a chick I believe has botulism. It's really rough. She's improving, slowly but surely. I hope we can save her.

I am also dealing with a Botulism chick. It has been 5 weeks so about the same time as your chick? I would love to know how it is going for you.

I don't know that you were addressing me, but I wanted to let you know that our chick recovered. It ended up being a rooster and the botulism definitely did a bit of damage, he was a little gimpy afterwards, but he went back to his independent, funny self and is happily presiding over a large flock of chickens at our friend's house. He also managed to survive a bobcat attack! I hope your chicken recovers.
