Today is the day where I make a majority of my side dishes for Thanksgiving. I have already mixed up my beans, pie dough, and boiled my eggs for deviled eggs. Tomorrow I will finish up the other little dishes that I make.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!!

It's nice to know I'm not the only one that makes deviled eggs for Thanksgiving!!!! My sister in law says I'm weird because I make deviled eggs and baked beans . Oh well to each their own I guess!!!

Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone! We do deviled eggs at Easter and then throughout the summer. For some reason, we don't do them during fall/winter holidays. Maybe because we do what my grandmother used to do and she didn't have as many eggs in the fall/winter? Not sure but no deviled eggs for us!

I've worked on a chocolate pie today and will do the green bean casserole [Yes, THAT green bean casserole. The kids insist we serve it.] tomorrow along with a spinach, cranberry, walnut, blue cheese salad. Taking it to my brothers and will meet up with the rest of my family. Everyone brings about 3 or 4 dishes and we have so much that there's hardly room for us at the table.

Hope everyone has safe travels during the holidays and a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends.

For my thanksgiving dinner I will have of course turkey mashed potatoes deviled eggs candied yams home grown green beans with ham two pies apple from our own apple trees pumpkin pie home made rolls and macaroni and cheese!

I think that's a pretty good dinner for 6 people.

I am still getting about 9 eggs a day right now! :D
