Hard-Boiling Bantam Eggs?

I've always boiled eggs (d'uccle and standard size) for about a minute, then turn off the heat, cover, and let them sit in the water for about 9-10 mins - or when I remember them again. Dump the hot water, fill the pot with cold water, and start peeling. And I always start with cold water, regardless of the temp of the eggs.
