Hard fatty lump in egg

A vet I used said foamy poop was a sign of a Protozoa, but some people have said it's a sign of worms.

Oh ok well I’m going to worm them tomorrow then I’ll see what happens

I knew foamy poop wasn’t great but I couldn’t remember what it was supposed to indicate.
