I have more but not all calibrated. One is and, when I took the secondary thermometer out and put them next to each other, they were the same.Actually, I would put five more thermometers in there first to see if my thermometer died but I don't expect anyone else to have a massive collection of thermometers like me.![]()

Thanks for the reassurance I appreciate it!I think I would leave it. Take the thermometer out and calibrate it again. To give you peace of mind, some people swear by lowering the temperature to 98.5 for hatch. I've never done this in the NR360s mind you, but when I use my IncuView as a hatcher there's always a hot corner and a cold corner and I'm comfortable leaving it at 98F. Everything still hatches normally.
