97.9 right now. I did move it and it came up 0.4 degrees

I think I would leave it. Take the thermometer out and calibrate it again. To give you peace of mind, some people swear by lowering the temperature to 98.5 for hatch. I've never done this in the NR360s mind you, but when I use my IncuView as a hatcher there's always a hot corner and a cold corner and I'm comfortable leaving it at 98F. Everything still hatches normally.

You know what, I’m taking out all the thermometers; they’re making me crazy. A baking thermometer read 102. The NR thermometer was a bit curled up so maybe it was taking the reading too high up (then adjusting the temp accordingly). I’ve made it straight again. So 24 hours at 2 degrees too low, if my guess about the curled thermometer is right. :(
