I'd just stick some plastic electrical tape near the bottom edge of both cracks.
See how it holds up.
Gluing plastic is tricky and risky....could work good or ruin the plastic.

you can super glue that plastic just fine. mine was broke too. just superglued it together and its fine.

You might consider drilling a small hole at each end of each crack to keep them growing because they will. about a 3/16 drill should do nicely Drill before you glue or patch if possible.

Wouldn’t that crack it more? I’m lacking in that kind of knowledge (that’s my fiancé’s job lol)
Does it keep them from reaching further around the plastic?

No, it will stop the crack from spreading further.
But be very careful drilling the hole.

That is a great idea! Do you think it would stand up to the heat? I’d imagine the humidity wouldn’t be an issue if it’s for aquariums.

You would have to read the label to be sure, but tropical fish aquariums are heated up to 75-80F

As far as stopping the crack, What happens is the crack will continue in a more or less straight line but with a round hole the end of the crack has no where to go. Works in glass, plastic and sheet metal the same way. As AArt said be careful drilling the hole. With an electric drill go as slow as you can and a sharp bit will cut the hole and may grab and jerk the drill some at the end, just be ready. Good Luck

Ok hopefully I can explain this well enough and someone more experienced can help.

I am day 16 today. Noticed yesterday one egg the air cells had drawn down a LOT. So peeked today to mark it. Chick is moving all over and depending on how I move the egg the air cells get "shadowy" looking. But not like shadowing before the chick pips. I tried to take some pics to show it. Could there be fluid in there causing that? All other air cells are normal, adding a pic of one but that is what the rest look like. Also air cell isn't saddled since it looked fine before just started drawing back a lot yesterday and even more today.

Last pic is how rest of the eggs look. Rest are all the same egg. Sometimes shadow is dark so hard to make out definitive air cell.
