I just have to figure out how it works, lol. I haven’t had to use it in a while.
This is what my temps look like with my GoVee currently:
That's the day, and 7 day breakdown for both bators, and the current numbers.

Someone may have already asked this but has anyone used it for peafowl eggs?
Hmm. I guess I’m going to have to find some way to verify my digital thermometer then. It’s almost 5 degrees off of what the incubator says but it matches my fish tank thermometer. I have a medical thermometer too that I may be able to stick in there.
So those of you that have the current version of the nurture right, how accurate have you found that the built in thermometer is? I have a secondary thermometer in the incubator right now, but it’s giving me different readings than the bator. However, I don’t have a known accurate thermometer to verify which is correct.
When I compared mine to several other good thermometers I got about a 1 to 1.5 degree discrepancy. One lower one higher so I decided not to mess with the settings. Can't say how perfect either thermometer is, but one is a quality digital probe type for cooking that has never let me down in the past so, for whatever that is worth.Yeah, you have to calibrate your secondary thermometer no matter what kind you're using or it's useless to check against. All 3 of my NR360s were just about spot on and I used multiple calibrated thermometers spread around the incubators. Most of them showed 99.5 with some tiny discrepancies but the turner rotates all the way around the incubator and will make up for any minor hot or cold spots.

The other is a digital therm/hygrometer that I've always used in the brooders and the hygrometer on that is also off a tad from the NR360, but only by about 3 to 4%.
This first batch of eggs for me is all about trial and error and I don't need these chickens, as I already have egg layers, so I do plant to order a quality thermometer/hygrometer before I spend money to order any eggs.
And like CluckNDoodle mentioned, there are warmer and cooler spots, but the every hour turning seems to be taking care of that very well.
Even my medical thermometer is off... I tested it on myself and it was reading around 94, and I’m alive so clearly that’s wrong. I’ll have to see if I can find another thermometer in the house that I can check against.
Can you submerge the little key fob things in water? I'm guessing not if there is a battery inside.I've been looking for accurate thermometers to order to check mine also. Everything I can find easily is in Celsius, or clearly won't work. My two GoVee check against each other, so that's the best I've really got.
Thank you! I had not found that post/article before. Very helpful.I used to do this to test my therms and hygros:

I now use this one...

Same brand and model? And the link you posted, that's like my cooking thermometer I mentioned above. Mine is a little older though and I'm not able to calibrate. But for fussy candy making it's always been spot on.
I never liked the glass thermometers labeled as Candy therms that you attach to the side of a pan. Much prefer the digital probes.
