Has anybody tried to grow oca/New Zealand yam?

Oca may be a bit "tropical" for most of your Northern climates.
I have grown lots of Jerusalem Artichchokes - I agree on the digestive "problems" , but they pickle nicely just like onions.

Didn't know you could pickle them. I wish I knew that before as some of them ended up on the compost and I gave a lot away.
