Has anyone bred Pekin and welsh harlequin ducks together??

Can you go to Tractor Supply and get the b complex? I am suggesting this because it has niacin and thiamine.

Dosing the little ones is tricky. Try opening the bill and placing a drop under the tongue.

edited to add:
When I give vitamin e I poke the capsule with a needle and squeeze drops out.

Well, not sure. Only as a give up point, I think. She rolls straight onto her back once she starts kicking. Usually I readjust her 8-15 times before she finally just stays put and rests. Just takes awhile.

Yes maam. I had a really big area for all the ducklings. Once I realized she could not join the others, I put her in a box, inside the bigger brooder. I have a tiny temp.guage inside small box with her as well, just to make sure heat is getting to her, or not getting too much . The other 3 sometines lay up against the edge of her box, it's really cute.
Sorry I probably missed it but how old is this duckling?
A couple times I've had one hatch with a big belly bulge, where the yolk has been absorbed but it's still a bit early. . and
They cannot get their feet under them because of the bulge. When this happened I just placed them in a Tupperware dish of some sort with paper towels under them in a way that kept them upright for several hours. Once the bulge went away they were able to walk fine.
If this duckling just hatched it could just need some time.

Good point, I've seen that too, and the duckling in the videos looks like it might have a big belly. Videos here:

She hatched early Xmas Eve morning (Tuesday morning). She hatched with a tiny belly button/yolk, which disappeared pretty quickly.

Hi everyone. So, we hatched our 4th Xmas Eve morning . I'm so worried about this little one. She is struggling alot. I believe its splayed leg?? Her legs aren't going outward, but she keeps falling over to one side as if her leg is just falling inward. Shes eating & drinking great....with my assistance. I have her in a seperate area away from the others. Been adding a good but of Niacin & vitamins to her water & food. She seems to bit a bit stronger but no change with how she can stand or walk. Should I attempt one of those leg "fixtures" to try and help her out? It would need to seperate her legs (push apart) and hold straight. Thanks so much...I'm praying she'll be just fine.

Ah I found it.. . it shouldn't have a belly bulge from yolk by now. .:hmm
But it doesn't look like splayed legs either. Definitely try the recommended vitamins and watch to be sure it's going poo.. Check the vent to make sure it doesn't have pasty butt and becoming backed up. It looks very round. .

Well...about that. She IS pooping, but small amounts each time. Her 1st 3 pops were bright green, now is the normal tarnish color. But then again, I see 3 ducklings pooping and 1 duckling (her) pooping and I could be wrong
