Has anyone ever dealt with Eye Worm? What is the treatment

ok how my valbezen, do i use for hen and how is it administered?
I'm not sure if Valbazen treat eye worm, but the dose for other worms is 0.2ml per 2.2 pounds orally.

Given the above, the following sized hens would get:
  • Jersey Giant hen - 0.9ml
  • Rhode Island Red Hen - 0.6ml
  • Bantam Cochin - 0.25ml
  • Small Old English Bantam - 0.1ml

Repeat in ten days

To treat eyeworm with valbazen; mix equal parts of valbazen and water, then flush the eye(s.) Then dose infected birds with valbazen orally undiluted 1/2cc, repeat oral dosing in 10 days. A worming schedule will be required to prevent reinfection due to eyeworm eggs in the soil.

Can any other de-worming chemicals be used to treat eye worms? Like wazine 17? Or ivermectin horse paste?
I suspect my French copper hen has an eye worm and I have nothing to treat her with. Have been to both gebos and tsc and could not find any valvazen.
