My bad - the Birchen Cochin laid 3 not 2.

I still can't figure out where the hatching of meat birds comes into this story
- Where did I mention meat birds?
Nobody has messed with the birds because there is only myself and my husband and he's just not that into the birds.
There have only been a total of 4 hens in the broody pen - BR bantam (hen in question), std. Blue Cochin, bantam Birchen Cochin, and the nasty old Polish.
Here is a picture of some of the eggs. Some are now happily under the care of their moms. You can definitely tell the difference in the type of eggs.

So, yeah, maybe there are such thing as a majical Cockitiel and majical chicken.
