Hey I'm trying to get in touch with these guys to order an incubator and they've not answered my emails nor their phone.
Has anyone ordered from them before?

Yes I ordered my incubator from them...I placed the order on line but I did give them a call and someone answered the phone...Good Luck!

Yup. I ordered my King Suro from them. Ordered and paid online, incubator arrived 7 days later. No problems, no fuss!

Hmmm, unless there is a reason that they might be closed.
I sent the email a couple of days ago, and phoned a few times today and no answer.
