Has anyone seen a ducks bill like this?

Here is a picture of her eating the wet feed and getting all covered in the feed (the wet feed was really runny in these photos)

With eight ducks the wet feed disappears very fast, if they all eat it at the same time.


These pictures are from a couple weeks ago or more. She acts like a normal duck.

She also lays eggs everyday, one of these eggs is probably hers I have six female ducks so one of the eggs in this picture is Roses.

The dark egg belongs to my 9 year old cayuga hen and the large egg is from my four year old pekin Angelina. So one of the bright normal size duck eggs is Roses.

She can scoop the wet feed good? Listen when I give my Runners fermented feed they have it slopped everywhere and they don't have anything wrong with their bills. lol

Thank you, I am sure the ducks enjoy the compliments, When next I go out there I shall tell them they're beautiful and to keep up the good work....
I am trying to make sure I know how to properly care for Rose I think I already know and have figured out everything for her but in case there is something I may not have noticed or realized or learned etc. It would be nice to be well informed.

I def need to figure out a way to help Rose get more weight, I've letting Rose get the wet feed before everyone else so she gets all she needs but I don't think that's enough.
Any recommendations or suggestions on how to help her gain weight would be greatly appreciated.

Rose and all the other ducks were foraging a lot yesterday.
And this momma pronghorn/antelope was grazing in the backyard for a bit.

These are from a couple weeks ago I forgot to post them here the day I took them.

Can Rose have her own pen with maybe one of your easy-going females so she can eat anytime she wants and as much as she wants?

I'll see if I can set something up for her, I never really thought of doing that.
I think the only other duck I could put in with her would be Angel one of my pekin ducks.
